1.1 Your booking is an offer to buy from us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we receive a signed consent form. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the service to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the consent form is received a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the service.
1.2 The prices payable for the activity/event that you order are clearly set out on the Site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an activity/event, we will not be liable to supply that activity/event to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before the activity/event concerned.
1.3 All prices expressed are inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
1.4 Your payment will be made using PayPal’s secure payment processing system whereby your credit/ debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
2.1 If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular activity/event, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item.
3.1 The online booking system is available for both retail and commercial use. However, we reserve the right to refuse bookings from retail customers or from businesses for any reason whatsoever.

4.2 Cancellation 24 hours before an activity/event will result in the loss of 50% of fee. Cancellation 12 hours before an activity/event will result in the total loss of of fee
5.1 We may require registration with the Site in order to complete a purchase.
